Refund and returns policy - Vault Club Studio

 

All of our products are digital files (wallpapers) delivered instantly. Due to the digital, intangible nature of these products, returns and refunds are not accepted once the file has been downloaded or the download link has been sent to your email.

 

Exceptions - we will refund your purchase if:

• The file received is damaged, corrupt or incomplete.
• - The content delivered does not match the product purchased.
• - You were unable to access the download link due to a technical error on our end.

If any of these situations apply to you, write to us at matiasortoide@gmail.com within 48 hours of your purchase, including your order number. We will resolve it by resending the correct file or refunding your purchase, as appropriate.

 

By completing your purchase of an instantly delivered digital product, you agree that the right of withdrawal does not apply once the file has been downloaded.
